We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of your receipt of the order. This gives you adequate time to inspect your Alpine or Cross-country ski equipment and ensure it meets your requirements.

3. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact and included
  • Product must not show any signs of wear or damage
  • All accessories and documentation must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:

  • Ski boots (Alpine and Cross-country)
  • Cycling gloves, Mittens, and Mountaineering gloves
  • Any personalized or custom-fitted equipment

7. Faulty or Damaged Items
